Hello,

Greetings from Delhivery.

We would like to inform you of important updates to our international shipping rate cards, partner surcharges, and clearance-related charges, effective 1st January 2026. Kindly review the details below carefully and share your acknowledgement.

All the International Shipping Rate Cards for DLV Saver, Express, and Deferred services, valid from 01-01-2026 to 31-12-2026. The rates mentioned are exclusive of GST. Any discrepancies observed may be highlighted for review.

DLV Saver is a DDP-only service. Duties are calculated in advance and deducted at the time of manifestation. Any variance between estimated and actual duties will be billed in the billing cycle. For shipments below 1 kg, billing will be on dead weight provided volumetric weight does not exceed four times the dead weight, with a maximum chargeable weight capped at 1.5 kg.

For FedEx and Aramex Express and Deferred services, the revised rate cards are attached. Return charges will be billed on actuals in cases of non-response from the shipper or consignee within three days. Restricted or prohibited shipments may be returned without prior intimation. Customs duty and tax charges will be billed on actuals to the shipper if unpaid by the consignee. (Please note the points are applicable for FedEx and Aramex Express and Deferred services only)

Effective 1st January 2026, FedEx has revised Additional Handling Surcharges (AHS). An oversize surcharge will apply where the package length exceeds 243 cm or the length plus girth exceeds 330 cm, charged at INR 2,644 plus fuel and GST, primarily applicable for IP and IE services. A freight handling surcharge will apply where any handling unit exceeds 157 cm on its longest side, charged at INR 5,000 plus fuel and GST for IPF and IEF services. A non-stackable surcharge of INR 22,000 plus fuel and GST per piece will apply for freight that cannot be safely stacked, applicable to IPF and IEF shipments. Please refer to the attached AHS logic for details.
Fuel surcharge will be charged as per partner actuals. Demand surcharge remains applicable from 22nd December 2025 to 15th February 2026, calculated as freight plus demand surcharge plus applicable surcharges plus fuel and GST, with a minimum charge of INR 85 per shipment. Please refer to the attached Surcharge for details.
IPF and IEF shipments will attract an additional 3% surcharge on the base rate card. IPF/IEF criteria include single-piece weight above 68 kg or a girth exceeding 330 cm. Economy service bookings are not permitted for shipments above 70 kg without prior approval. Any deviation will attract an additional 10% freight charge.
The US inbound processing fee has been revised to INR 227 per shipment, with FICP of INR 85 charged separately. VAS and miscellaneous charges will be billed on actuals as per the attached list. Billing disputes, if any, should be raised within seven days of invoice generation. Please refer to the attached VAS for details
Additionally, an Export Clearance Fee (India) of INR 2,400 plus GST will apply for all shipments below 10 kg cleared on a single 023 Master Air Waybill. This charge is not applicable for VAL shipments and Dangerous Goods. To avoid this charge, customers may consolidate shipments under one 023 MAWB with total weight above 10 kg, or hand over shipments below 10kg to FedEx for clearance through Delhivery’s in-house CHA. While the clearance fee will apply, this may help offset separate CHA self-clearance costs.
Please also note that the service fee structure for Import and Export Clearance has been revised, effective 1st January 2026. The Import Clearance Fee will be INR 3,000, and the Export Clearance Fee will be INR 2,400 for commercial shipments cleared by FedEx or its designated CHAs. We request that you brief your respective teams to ensure alignment on billing. Please refer to the attached Surcharges Import and Surcharge Export for details.
Further, effective departures from 1st January 2026, the destination for DEL–SFO export masters will change from MEM to OAK. Kindly ensure that your operations team only execute with the updated consignee address and marks shipments as OAK instead of MEM.
The terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged. For any clarification or for special or spot rate requirements, please feel free to reach out to us.

Regards,
Delivery International Team
